Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you know exactly what is being offered and recognize that this is very different from university. You will have take responsibility for your own progress and development. If you want something to change you will have to ask for it; you can have support form the grad scheme managers but only if you ask for it and make them aware if you are unhappy with anything.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confident and charismatic. The interviewers want to see who you really are, the people who have excelled so far on the grad scheme have been those who are not afraid to say what they think or promote themselves with things they have done well. Also be smart, you will have a lot of competition and you need to stand out; be over dressed not under dressed!
