Be prepared that the process is quite lengthy but not too strenuous
Do you have any interview tips?
The assessment centre is based around group work and there is no one to one interview until you are assigned to a role. When we were offered our role after succeeding at the assessment centre, it was not made clear that we would then be interviewed again by managers within the sector we were assigned to, before being officialy offered a place on the graduate scheme.
