Learn a little about the contract catering industry, it's not just food and serving it, the depth of the business behind it is truly staggering.
Do you have any interview tips?
Learn about what sector you're interested in or that you are being interviewed for, Compass is such a large company that you need to have necessary niche information about your part as nobody truly knows everything about all the company.
Be yourself as well, it may be a cliche but at the end of the day unless you want to try and keep an act up for 24/7 you won't succeed.
Talk about your drive and determination, the company as a whole is always looking to grow and move forwards.
