What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The rotations and the opportunities in the role are fantastic. The business is very supportive of all our development and training needs and give us opportunities to try a range of things.
Worst
While also the best thing about the role, occasionally the rotations also mean that yo have to leave a project part way through, or not learn everything about a role that you would have liked. However, I feel this is unavoidable and is the nature of the role. Plus, most divisions/departments are very flexible and you can stay a while longer in a role if you desire.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's a long process, but if you are passionate about the role and do your research you should go far in the process.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be personable but professional. Give honest and real life examples. Try to relate your answers to different things that you've done, and not just to uni projects. This will help demonstrate that you're a well rounded applicant who is keen to do different things.
