What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Each day you are required to collaborate with multiple individuals with expertise in their own units/departments. This allows you to form a greater understanding of all aspects of the business. With a constantly changing environment you are expected to problem-solve and work efficiently which provides great satisfaction when overcoming a challenge or obstacle.
Worst
Due to being on a Graduate Programme you are expected to complete multiple rotations. Therefore, some roles may not be to your preference. However, it is still important to gain that relevant experience & to gain the wider knowledge of the business but some roles can be more tedious depending on your interests and motivations.
