- High levels of responsibility
- Lots of training (all funded by the company)

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

When answering questions on why you should be in the role etc, be sure to have done some research into the company and align your answers with the ISG Vision and aims.

Be sure to have a professional looking CV and cover letter before you apply- any previous Construction experience (even labouring) I would advise to include.

The interview was a competency based interview ie, tell me about a time when..

Before the interview be sure to have an answer available to a large range of protentional questions so that you are not caught out and unable to give an answer- again try to align your answers to the companies goals and vison. Scenarios where you have solved a problem or worked as a team are always great.

Be ready to answer a question on how you believe we could improve the construction industry in the future- Ai, digital construction, etc.
