What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Thoroughly research the company and make sure that the opportunities on offer align with personal career goals. My experience within BBGE is that hard work pays off and people respect each other provided they contribute to the success of the business.
People can be scared in interviews with large companies but it is important to always be yourself and show what you can offer. Interviewers only get one opportunity to judge you so it is important you allow your personality to shine and that you convey your skills which are relevant to position applied for.
