What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have lots of good examples to support your competencies.
Research and read up as much as you can on the company website. The more you know about what the company is looking for when hiring, the more you will increase your chances of getting a job.
Show a desire and passion for what you are applying to.
Do you have any interview tips?
If you don't know something in the interview/assessment center, don't panic. Try and think through what you need to do and give a reasonable answer.
The questions I had were mainly situational based - e.g. if you had two conflicting priorities that had the same deadline, how would you tackle this issue?
I think future questions will be more focused around giving examples of a time that you have demonstrated our values. E.g. give us an example of when you did the right thing.
