What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Flexible working - doesn't have to be 9-5. Supportive colleagues and line manager in my team. University work is fully supported by my 'uni day' one day a week.
Worst
Sometimes it's hard to get hold of people due to senior colleagues' busy schedules.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself and be confident in your ability. Know the company values. Be concise in your application, don't waffle but mention what is relevant to the role and be personal.

Don't stress. Learn the company values and have an idea of projects that the company has been involved in as well as a general idea of what the business does. Look into the role, and know what you're interviewing for.
