Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It is a good place to start, learn from very great professionals.
I would suggest applying and first understanding the company view of the built environment, objectives, clients...
Once you get into the company I would suggest to ask for a mentor and have regular meetings with line manager in order to understand what are the milestones, expectations and requirements for a graduate.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview for graduates consists on an assessment day where they ask to demonstrate your potential. There are a lot of grads trying to get a position so I would suggest prepare the different fields covered but also not being nervous.
Fields covered are: personal presentation with Q&A, team case study, application of team outcomes to write an individual report and an interview one to one.
