Get at least one friend/family member/colleague to read through your application before you send it.

Do you have any interview tips?

Research the energy sector and be clear on why this is an area that interests you. Try to find out about current issues and how they might impact E.ON in the future. Be aware of E.ON's strategic objective of becoming the customers' trusted energy partner. Look into the specific graduate scheme that you are applying for and think about what you will bring to it/what you will get out of it.
