What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Surrounded by a good group of people
Free tea and coffee
Okay benefits, limited Bupa care and you can pay for additional things like private dental.
Worst
No training, the grad scheme is not very good, 9/75 is not very flexible as you have a minimum and maximum number of hours you can do each week.
Infrastructure is not good, and unless you're working in Havant or America you will probably never see any improvement.
Very very slow to make changes, and feedback is not taken on board.
