What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Meeting lots of interesting, friendly people every day, both TW employees & external contractors. The working environment and the way TW employees are fully respected both on site and in the office. The variety of your days as every 5/6 weeks you will be in a new department where you will learn more and more.
Worst
Moving every 6 months to different business units throughout the whole of the United Kingdom is difficult both emotionally and practically.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest and yourself. Be open and flexible as the job is heavily based around flexibility (you move a lot).
