What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You need to show a passion and desire to do your job, bring examples, make sure you know machining processes to hand, have copies of your cv, ask questions and don't be nervous at interview time.
Do you have any interview tips?
Again know your manufacturing techniques e.g. milling turning etc. know about the business, ask questions, ask for a tour, become engaged and don't be too nervous. Always have cv's to hand and bring examples of work.
