Varied workload - always interesting.
Relaxed work environment and getting to communicate with lots of people.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Remember when applying for a lot of roles within construction they are looking for good people skills and someone with a lot of confidence in what they do. So although you may want to highlight your expertise in the actual work, you need to ensure you equally highlight who you are.
