What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Incredibly flexible, can chose start and end times as long as you do your weekly hours.
Amazing team and wider team which can assist you in many ways.
The ability to be given a project from the very start, and you have to oversee it from pre-contract through to construction then to handover.
Worst
Can be a bit tedious at times with using Auto CAD software.
Not a lot of external job training provided, they try to do that mainly in-house.
