What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
As a graduate there is lots of support and training available on the job, we have an academy which is a centre dedicated to learning with lots of different courses and classes you can attend. The culture is amazing and everyone is so friendly and willing to help, I have never worked in such a lovely welcoming company where everyone holds similar values. Flexible start/finish time, you must complete your set hours but can choose what time you start within reason. Good mapped out career progression on the grad scheme with ability to partake in 3 separate placements to give exposure of three different areas of the company.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
