What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I very much enjoy the responsibility of the role and how challenging it can be at times, I know that will put some people off, but I learn best from getting stuck in and I am given the trust to do just that and figure thinks out for myself.

Worst

Time can be a challenge, however I understand this is the same in most roles.
