What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I work on interesting projects with a good level of responsibility. I've learnt a lot and feels like there is loads more that I can learn, and lots of opportunities for progression.

Worst

Being a graduate the role is very unstructured, you can be moved around projects without much warning and without consideration for travel time or life outside of work. Also lack of women and diverse people in senior and leadership positions.
