What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The people around me. Progression and encouragement in my training and job role. The different challenges and problems day to day, there is never a day the same. Trust and responsibility that is given.

Worst

In construction if you are a site-based worker sometimes your commutes may be long, although the company are fantastic at a healthy work/life balance, sometimes longer days are just unavoidable.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000
