What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Salary is relatively good compared with graduates in similar roles for other companies. Good graduate network. Good projects. Office is new and modern.
Worst
APC training could be more structured. Introduction of some sort of rotation programme could help. Currently work as part of a partnership with council which means doing work I hadn't originally thought I would be undertaking. I find this a bit mind-numbing and not very stimulating.
