What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be confident. This is for people who actually want to progress and develop their career. Ability to communicate at different levels is key, from delivering presentations to the CEO to talking to a labourer onsite to writing technical papers for an innovation you have been working on.
Do you have any interview tips?
Again i would say be confident in your own abilities and make sure you understand the questions being asked. Be yourself as they are looking for people who have a blend of technical capabilities and effective communication.
