What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I found that it was beneficial to look at the job specification and tailor my application to reference each requirement of the role. I was able to provide working examples of my abilities in each requirement from previous roles and from university.
Do you have any interview tips?
Try to stand out from the rest of the applicants and showcase your knowledge and skills. Do not forget to show good skills in teamwork and leadership, whilst also encouraging any quieter applicants to offer up their opinions.
