What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ensure that you are willing to work hard as the rewards are worth it. You should be driven and see a future in a career in Employment Law. Take time to research for the assessment centre and think outside of the box and this is no 'ordinary' HR firm, you have to have a commercial mind and consider all industries.
