What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I think applicants need to ensure they have a good CV as at times I believe good candidates can be cut from the list due to poorly written CVs even though they would be very capable of doing the job.

Time needs to be spent filling in the application form and answering the questions as fully as possible.
