What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Feel like I am learning and developing each and every day. I get a lot of exposure to the wider business. I'm passionate about the team I work in, with biomethane and decarbonisation.
Worst
Not everyone is going to be as enthusiastic about the same things you are so you have to compromise sometimes. However, this is good for development so it is almost a positive in other ways.
