People from both Engineering and non Engineering backgrounds are seriously considered. The interviews are far more interested to how you think rather than what you know.
Do you have any interview tips?
Think creatively and challenge the normal, as well as of course Buiding Services basics (i.e. heat transfer, principals of sustainable design etc.)
