What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If your university has a careers centre, use it. They help you to prepare for competency based interviews, psychometric tests etc. Also, research WSP. their core values, mission etc. Be yourself and use the assessment day to interview WSP staff and find out if it's the type of company you want to work for.
