What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself on your application and show your interests. Being good at your degree is important but having interests and activities that show you are a well rounded individual are equally as important.
Do you have any interview tips?
At my assessment day there were individual interviews and group case studies. Make sure you speak up in your group and just show your thought process, it isn't about being right.
