What hours do you actually work, on average?
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It is important to acknowledge that there is more to the job you're potentially going into than the knowledge gained at university. Being technically skilled will not get you a job nor will it prepare you for the reality of working on the high-profile projects WSP works on. Being a good all round engineer is important, showing skills at communication with other members of the company in diverse departments, and showing a willingness to learn the new practical aspects of engineering.
Do you have any interview tips?
If you've said something on your CV/covering letter then it's fair game to ask you questions about it. Make sure if something is on your CV that you can talk about it. Also be prepared to be flexible on the location in which you want to work.
