Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 8:00

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I would encourage that person to gain as much experience before applying for a job. I achieved first degree honours at university but never gained any experience, something I regret!
This meant that I was faced with a steep learning curve, something that could have been eased if I has just sacrificed some of my summer time prior to graduating!

Research the company! More importantly be yourself, enter the interview with the mind set that it is a two way decision:
Not only should the company be choosing if you are right for the role, you should be asking if the company is right for you! So ask questions.
