Independence, responsibility and rewards from John Sisk; even after a short time the company have treated me exceptionally well and given me opportunities to further my learning.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Promote your skills within the sector that you studied even if it doesn't seem relevant. John Sisk are looking for motivated young flexible graduates that are willing to learn. The reason for this is due to Sisk being able to train you from day 1 of the programme and the skills you will learn will be the Sisk ways of performing tasks
