What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I enjoy the construction aspect in which there are different scenarios, not every day is the same.
You are your own boss as times as well as supervisor to others which can be a big reasonability but a nice feeling.
Worst
There are times when it can be stressful meeting deadlines and trying to organise getting a project off the line.
This is part of the role description and comes with time on how to manage in a relaxed manner.
