Be honest and focus on your attributes outside of academic achievements as much as degree classification and awards. The company want you for your personality and the way you conduct yourself, as much as they want your technical knowledge and ideas.

Stay calm, don't be afraid to ask the person to repeat the question to you (it's natural to get a little flustered from time to time and need it repeating again). Do your company research, especially markets that our products are for.
