What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself, don't butter it up too much - employers will call you out on your waffle. Demonstrate your extra cirricular activities, like being a team player or leading a team of some sort. The company looks for future leaders rather than full blown technically aware graduates fresh out of uni.

Do you have any interview tips?

Examples of times where you have demonstrated many soft skills, hardly any technical things were asked. Three aspects in the assessment centre, that is, group task, interview and presentation. Half day assessment. Be yourself, don't be quiet but also don't be the 'alpha-male/female' in the group, the company frowns on that stuff too because everyone may have something valuable to contribute.
