What hours do you actually work, on average?
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest! If there is a particular field in engineering that you would like to work in, then let them know. We are a huge company and are always looking for new forward-thinking graduates. Also, things that will make you stand out from other applicants are your extra-curricular activities. If you've spent your Thursday nights volunteering at a soup kitchen, then let them know. It looks better than having a big hole in your application regarding your personal life.
Do you have any interview tips?
Do your best to relax before the interview. Take time to research WSP and their progress, and their major projects and also projects related to your field of expertise.
Make sure to prepare a list of questions you have for us. It's a two-way interview and WSP don't want to hire somebody who may not be comfortable at the company. Asking questions during the interview is the best way to find out if we're a good fit for you.
