Great people, good scope for progression and project management.

Worst

There is no technical Engineering that happens within the company, this is outsourced to preferred suppliers.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Ensure you fully understand what the company does as although some of the positions are for engineering they do not have active engineering involved.

Do you have any interview tips?

Cadent has a large number of projects going on all at the same time, it would be good to understand some of these to talk about in the interview. Also, understand what the core business of the company is which is transporting gas possibly H2 in the future.
