Best

- Practical experience.
- Every day poses a different challenge.
- Learning a variety of works; mainly external works.
- The team is awesome.
- Decent work-life balance thus far.
- The package offered is excellent.
- High levels of responsibility.

Worst

- The hours in comparison to consultancy work are a huge negative.
- Sometimes you are told something and are expected to already know what it is, managers/senior members should break things down for you.
