What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Collaborating in a team environment, working together to solve problems and implement solutions. Graduates are generally from my experience given a great amount of accountability to deliver.
Worst
Currently, the support toward professional accreditation for other institutions aside from the ICE is lacking. Something I understand they are in the process of resolving.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company meticulously and understand their core market, its strategy, initiatives and values.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be proactive, open, honest and approachable. Induce yourself to assessors, ask questions about the company and what they do. There is a big emphasis on team work at Balfour Beatty and they are likely to ask you to provide examples of how you worked in a team or set group exercises at assessment centres.
