The application process involved submitting a CV so make sure that you include information about group projects, relevant work experience and examples of team work and leadership etc.
Do you have any interview tips?
During the assessment centre we were required to do psychometric tests (verbal and numerical) as well as a group discussion and presentation. The actual interview consisted of a competency based part and also some technical questions. I would advise that candidates complete lots of practice psychometric tests.
