What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Variety, I get to see lots of sides of the company from the fact we move placements every 6 months and get to work with a large verity of business functions, sometimes purely for the sake of exposure.
Worst
The large geographical area of the company means grads working outside the central "hub" can feel out the loop with grad socials.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I think the one thing my grad cohort have in common is we're easy going but motivated to achieve. No one comes across as "fake" or as only in it for themselves, so being honest and a down to earth person seemed to have helped us.
Do you have any interview tips?
I was asked all the typical interview questions plus what I knew of the gas industry, which at the time was very little, this was fed back to me afterwards as going against me. Next time I would read up more than I did.
