Best
Independence, being new to the industry I thought I would be treated as a complete novice, however in my current role, once they saw that I was capable, I was allowed a degree of free reign to just crack on with my work.
Worst
Trying to claim my expenses back, shambles of a system.

The assessment day is fairly relaxed compared to others I attended, keep calm, no-one is trying to catch you out. Ask plenty of questions.
