What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Apply before/during 1st year of University to try and secure a place on the Graduate Development Programme because this will allow you to do an Industrial Placement with the company and give a guarenteed job upon graduation.

Costain look for confident people with high people skills because most of the job is working closely with many different stakeholders and so being able to effectively communicate and build relationships is key to success.
