What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself - you don't want to have to go through your whole career pretending to be someone you are not.
Be confident - interpersonal skills are really high up on Morgan's list, and if you don't show everything you've got, you're only selling yourself short.
Be willing to learn and try new things - you might have a degree in engineering, but show you are willing to embrace the opportunity to round yourself in all areas of business before settling on where you want to end up.
