What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The working atmosphere is fantastic.
The work is engaging and interesting, a large mix of things to do.
You are not in an office 5 days a week (engineering graduates specifically).
Flexible working hours.
Worst
It's not massively technical, but this will change as Severn Trent are bringing design in house.
Higher management isn't that accessible; comes with being in a big company.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
