What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Plenty of research. Try to get some experience of the products. Be proactive, go mystery shopping etc. Show willingness to be taken out of comfort zone.
Do you have any interview tips?
Research around the company but mainly just be confident, be honest and be yourself. First are looking for real personalities to fit into the business. Not just a person with experience or a degree. Being open and honest goes a long way.
