What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

If you get to an assessment centre then try not to stress about it too much - much easier said than done, but the assessors aren't there to trip you up they just want to see how you work. Make sure you are dressed smartly as that first impression will count, but try to relax. Especially in the graduate assessment centre, the work you have to do is no way near as tough as University work.
With the written assessment plan your time and give yourself the best chance to get all of your points across.
Make sure you get involved with the group discussion work. Don't try to stop anyone else from talking, encouraging others to also get their points across will be much more beneficial.
With the psychometric tests do as much practice as you can. There are lots of free online practice tests, the more you do the more confident you will feel with their format.
