-Having a helicopter view of the industry
-Understand how insurance and reinsurance companies actually work and report their performance ( drivers, risks, catalysts, etc.)
Worst
-Process, controls, low-level time-consuming tasks sometimes, but in an increasing regulation landscape when it comes to financial institutions, we have no choice than to comply with it.
