What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Not one day is the same, fast paced, amazing people around me.
Challenging projects and tasks, first hand experience in people management. Great support from colleagues and managers.
Worst
The shift patterns can be tough when trying to get in a good routine.
Occasionally can become homesick as the grad placements are all over the UK, so you need to move.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest. Mention team work, talk about your leadership qualities and when you have used them, talk about your strong communication skills, this could be leading a project, captain of your team, or it can even be an example of a time you used it during conversation.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be passionate, be enthusiastic, believe you are the right person for the job.
There are a lot of scenario based questions in the interview process, some may not have a solution, in this case always relate back to Health & Safety as that is key for DHL, and in these situations communication with the customer is key.
Make yourself stand out in the group activities, speak out, take lead.
