What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

You get to know your fellow graduates really well, which provides a strong support system which is needed when you are moving around every 6 months. Also, the rotating of departments really is so essential in quickly understanding how the departments work together.

Worst

You have to be prepared to move location every 6 months for the whole two years of your graduate scheme.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be Yourself. One of Taylor Wimpey's biggest assets is our people. Let your CV show who you are and what you are passionate about. On assessment days, let your personality show and be honest.

Do you have any interview tips?

Again, just be yourself. The Interviewers want to understand your background and why you are passionate about the company. My biggest advice would be to do your research about the industry, understand the wider issues within the industry, rather than too much detail on the specific company.
